- All bookings are subject to availability.
- 30% deposit required to confirm a booking.
- Remaining balance due 7 days before tour start.
- Bookings under 7 days require full payment.
- Accepted payments: bank transfer, credit/debit card, or agreed cash.
- 14+ days → full refund minus 5% fee
- 7–13 days → 50% refund
- Less than 7 days or no-show → no refund
- Company cancellations → full refund or reschedule
Changes (date, participants) allowed up to 7 days before tour, subject to availability and extra cost.
Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, safety, or regulations. Substitutions will provide equal or better alternatives. Clients are notified of major changes.
- Valid travel documents (passport, visa) required.
- Inform company of health, dietary restrictions, or special needs.
- Follow local laws and guide instructions.
- Participation at your own risk.
- Company not liable unless negligence is proven.
- Travel insurance recommended.
- Not responsible for third-party providers or unforeseen events.
Company not liable for events beyond control (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, war, pandemics).
Photos/videos may be taken for promotional purposes. Notify in writing if you do not consent.
Terms governed by Sultanate of Oman laws. Disputes settled in Oman courts.
We collect only necessary personal data for booking. Shared only with third parties involved in the tour. No selling or misuse of data.
