• Bookings under 7 days require full payment.
• Accepted payments: bank transfer, credit/debit card, or agreed cash.

• 14+ days → full refund minus 5% fee
• 7–13 days → 50% refund
• Less than 7 days or no-show → no refund
• Company cancellations → full refund or reschedule

Changes (date, participants) allowed up to 7 days before tour, subject to availability and extra cost.

Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, safety, or regulations. Substitutions will provide equal or better alternatives. Clients are notified of major changes.
